Exchanges

If the size of your item isn't the right fit, we're happy to offer an exchange.

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing maveofficialpk@gmail.com or contacting us on WhatsApp at +92 300 4426279. Please include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the size you would like to receive.

  2. Return the item within 3 days of your exchange request. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.

  3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange as quickly as possible. Please note that the original shipping charges are non refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure every order meets our quality standards. However, if you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the fault
• Clear photos of the item

Once the issue has been verified, we will offer you either:

• A replacement item, subject to availability
• Store credit

For approved faulty or damaged items, Mave.pk will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds based on a change of mind or personal preference.

To help you make an informed purchase, we provide detailed product descriptions, images, and videos on our website.

If you are not satisfied with the size of your item, we are happy to offer an exchange. To be eligible, the item must be returned to our warehouse in its original condition, unused, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you may choose a replacement product or size from our website. The replacement order will be shipped after payment of a PKR 200 shipping fee.
